Africacomicade is a platform that brings together enthusiasts and digital creatives across the games, animation, comics, and movie industry in Africa via insightful events such as conventions, game jams and so much more.
Our aim is to invite investments into the space and foster collaboration among digital creatives across Africa as well as celebrating the rich and amazing level of creativity possessed by Africans.

Research
Data about the African creative industry is scarce. Demographics, talent distribution, investment data, and forecasts, amongst other data, are very rare to come by. We are working on how to gather this data and make it available .
Events & Programs
From in-house developed programs and activities that create room for learning, networking, and gaining access to opportunities, to collaborating and partnering with other firms, We are at the forefront of ensuring the African creative industry is noticed and connected with the global creative industry.
Education
A majority of creatives learn via MOOCs and don't have access to infrastructure and mentorship that can help grow their skillsets. We are working to bridge this gap via programs like our fellowship, learning community, and more.
Entrepreneurship
Entrepreneurship amongst African creatives is the key to ensure the industry stays lucrative and sustainable. We are working on empowering African creatives with entrepreneurial skillsets so that opportunities can also be generated internally within our ecosystem.
